You have already forgotten, haven’t you? You have forgotten the internal and physical struggle it took to achieve that accomplishment. Of course, that milestone has escaped from your memory. After all, walking comes easy now; your first steps are hardly something to reflect on.
It all comes naturally.
Running is quite simple too, yes? You walk—at a faster pace.
After you learned how to run, you probably learned to jump (with a classic game of hopscotch, of course). Then “Buddy” became part of the family, and you picked up your throwing skills with a ball, a stick or “whatnot”.
So if walking, running, jumping and throwing are all simple, isn’t a sport with these skills easy too?
Wrong.
Track and Field is a more complex sport than some people realize.
