amescom is the sort of place where, in 2018, somebody claimed that an attendee, while queuing to play , did a poo in a bag and left it there, and enough people believed this story that the PR for Epic had to tweet “this did not happen”. Even though it wasn’t true, the fact that so many people it was true is, in and of itself, a damning condemnation of the entire thing.
