NSW Government has announced a large investment in a new Dorrigo Great Escarpment Walk, in Gumbaynggirr country. The 4-day/46km walk in Dorrigo and Bindarri national parks will include low impact huts, tent platforms and suspension bridges on a route through World Heritage rainforest with epic views and stunning waterfalls. Starting at the Rainforest Centre, the proposed route visits Red Cedar Falls, Dome Mountain with views over the Dorrigo plateau, and the scenic Urumbilum gorge.
