Finishing touches

As I write this in early May, the riding season is beginning in earnest. I am putting the finishing touches on my bike. The last two touches have come from the UK, I’m pleased to say.

When Moto-Guzzi sells you your new V7, they provide eight bolts that you can see attaching the top covers to the cylinder heads, four bolts on each side. These are the bolts that you must remove, along with a few hidden ones, to adjust the valves, a pretty simple job.
