Steve’s Yamaha AS1 Part Fifteen

I’LL BE FRANKmy strongest suit and I sometimes struggle with this particular area of motorcycle restoration. I know the physics behind most of what’s going and the inescapable logic of things working or not working, yet I still have something of block about the subject. It’s not been helped since I found out I was moderately colour blind. Oh no, not your common-or-garden red/green colour blind – if that were the case, at least I’d have a good reason get someone to help. Annoyingly my vision gets screwed around by light grey, pale green, light blue and white if they’re all together in a Suzuki loom. No, I have no idea why either. The good news is that the bike I’m working on is Yamaha and not a Suzuki…never, please, ask me to assist with Suzuki wiring, okay?
