Sunday night cupboard spaghetti Spaghettata di mezzanotte

SERVES 4 PREPARATION 5 minutes COOKING 1 hour

This makes a brilliantly quick supper using store cupboard essentials. You just need spaghetti, a tin of tomatoes, garlic and some chilli flakes. Out of all the pasta we eat at home, and we eat a fair amount, this is our go-to recipe and it’s always a winner. If you have some bacon or pancetta that needs using, you can add that in with the onion.
