When Philip Roberts and Judi Burdett decided to look for a new house it took them two years to realise now was the time to self-build their dream home as they had wanted to do for years. The resulting home was inspired by local architecture from manor houses, pubs, hotels and more during Philip and Judi’s explorations, and the new design feels like it has always been a part of the historic Lancashire hillside.
