While fast food may be a no-no, when it comes to fitness, it’s all good! The government recommends we do 30 minutes of exercise five times a week, but not everyone can fit that in. However, if you break it down into bite-sized chunks, it gets a whole lot easier. The following moves can all be done with limited space and next to no equipment. When performed one after the other, they’ll work every muscle in your body and give you the same benefits as a 30-minute gym class, or you can split them up into smaller, bite-sized segments.
