WORLD champion Amy Broadhurst was named Best Boxer of the European Women’s Championships, as Ireland dominated in Montenegro.
There were also golds for Kellie Harrington, adding to last year’s Olympic gold in Tokyo and the World Championship she won in 2018, and Aoife O’Rourke, repeating her success at the Europeans three years ago.
Gold in Budva means Harrington has emulated Katie Taylor as an Irish boxers to win European, World and Olympic gold.
(50kgs) and (71kgs) won silvers, while (48kgs) and (57kgs) took bronze.
