Struggling with broadband and other bills? Help is on offer if you’re on a low income or on certain benefits.
✱ Ask your broadband provider if they offer social tariffs and what the eligibility criteria is – only 55,000 out of the 4.2 million who are eligible are signed up. Not all providers offer them, but the likes of BT, Sky and Virgin Media do. Some smaller providers also offer such tariffs.
