Supreme Pizzas
SERVES 4 PREP & COOK 30 MINS
■ 2 x 25cm fresh pizza bases
■ ¹⁄³ cup barbecue pizza sauce
■ 2 cups grated pizza cheese
■ 80g packet thinly sliced pepperoni
■ 180g shaved leg ham, torn
■ 1 small green capsicum, cut into thin strips
■ 200g button mushrooms, sliced
■ ½ cup pitted kalamata olives 1 Put pizza bases on a large oven tray.
2 Cook in a very hot oven (220C) for 3 minutes. Remove.
