One-off Ferrari SP51
The SP51 is the latest Ferrari one-off. The front-engined V12 spider is a thoroughbred roadster is a nod to the past, based on 812 GTS architecture, and features a bespoke design crafted to the exact specifications of the Taiwan-based client. The blue and white livery, inspired by the 1955 410 S, runs the full length of the car, complementing the specially developed “Rosso Passionale” three-layer paintwork. The 6.5-litre V12 makes 800 hp.
Maserati Project24
Maserati have announced Project24, making for an even more unique customization experience for prospective buyers. It consists of a limited number of super sports cars and raises the Trident’s performance to become highly exclusive. With each car distinct from all other models, Project24 is the most custom-built level in Fuoriserie, the brand’s customization programme.
Renault R5 Turbo 3E E-Tech
The famous Renault 5 hatchback, produced from 1972 to 1984, celebrates its 50th anniversary and, at the Chantilly Arts & Elegance 2022 competition in France, Renault showed the R5 Turbo 3E, their electric rally vehicle. It pays tribute to the 40-year-old R5 Turbo 2 with a 380-hp/700-Nm electric motor at the rear.
Electrified V8 in Huracán Successor?
With a prototype race car propelled by a V8 racing engine, Lamborghini are ready to make their entrance into the new LMDhclass of endurance racing. The company’s motor sport division, Squadra Corse, has created a 90° twin-turbo V8 engine. In accordance with the rules, the car will use a single-source ERS hybrid kit, weigh at least 1,030 kg, produce a combined 500 kW (680 hp), and have a maximum speed of 340 km/h. This engine is rumoured to be the heart of the Huracán’s replacement.
The Final Aventador
The last production Lamborghini Aventador, an LP 780-4 Ultimae Roadster in an Ad Personam shade of light blue, has rolled out of the exclusive facility in the home of the Raging Bull in Sant’Agata. This could be the last L539 V12 engine in its naturally aspirated guise, although we have reason to believe that an Urus SV and more electrified versions are not unlikely.
