SEKOPE KEPU
When Sekope Kepu was a boy, he had a special job to do for his father.
“My Dad would always get me to record the All Blacks tests with the big VHS cassettes. I would do that without missing any games,” recalls Kepu, who, ironically, went on to achieve 110-tests for Australia.
“I would be up at 3am, 5am or whatever time they were on a Sunday morning with my oldman. He would stack all these cassettes up for me, and as kids we would continuously re-watch them.
“I also remember sitting there on Sundays when the All Blacks used to get named and I would write down all the names in the squad.
