normal Elimination and Throw-in consists of drawing all the opposing Trumps, eliminating the opponents’ safe exits, throwing them in, and waiting for the favourable return. Sometimes all these things are not possible, and on this week’s deal, a so-called Partial Elimination, you are not able to draw all the Trumps before the Throw-in. For such a ploy to work, you must lose the lead to the opponent with no more Trumps.
