My grandchildren just eat junk!

Q My daughter-in-law works from home and often isn’t finished when the children get in from school. She lets them help themselves to snacks and watch TV. My nine-year-old grandson and 10-year-old granddaughter are both very overweight. I really worry about them. I’ve tried to mention it but their parents say they’re fine. They really aren’t. They need to learn to eat well now. Rita, London
