Judges putting up fat ponies across the pond
US showing judges favour ponies who are overweight and “the fatter the pony, the higher the score”.
Researchers assessed animals at the US Equestrian (USEF) Pony Finals national championship last August. They found a judging bias in favour of ponies carrying more weight.
