Rising star Flightline is dominant, winning Pacific Classic by almost 20 lengths

DEL MAR, Calif. — The doubts have been removed. The questions have been answered. Flightline is the most dominating horse to come along in a very long time.

His latest tour de force was Saturday when he won the $1 million Pacific Classic at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club. The winning margin was an extraordinary 19 1/4 lengths, meaning he has won all five of his starts by a combined total of 62 3/4 lengths or about the length of 1 3/4
