Four South Island campsites to volunteer at this summer

Every summer season (October–April), there are DOC campsites nationwide that need volunteer campsite hosts just like you. This is a great chance to set up camp somewhere for a few weeks, explore the surrounding area, meet new people and help maintain Aotearoa New Zealand’s spectacular camping network.

We’re celebrating Conservation Week/Te Wiki Tiaki Ao Tūroa during 5–11 September, with a focus on taking a moment to act for nature.
