CAFETIÈRE COVER

Note: This pattern has been designed to fit a cafetière with a circumference of 31cm (12in) and a height of 18cm (7in). To increase the circumference measurement, knit more striped rows on the button band and buttonhole band. To increase the height, knit more striped rows at the beginning and/or the end. 6 rows of garter stitch = 1cm.

Using 3mm needles, yarn A and the long-tail method, cast on 74 sts.

Row 1 (RS): Knit.

Rows 2-3: Knit using yarn B.

Row 4-5: Knit using yarn C.

At end of last row, using the thumb method, cast on 9 sts to RH needle for steek.
