    Is sex twice a day too much?

    Q My husband and I are in our 60s and have both always had a high sex drive. We make love most mornings before getting up and, unless one of us had a tiring day, we have sex again at night to help us sleep. When I tell friends, some of them say I need to be careful or I’ll strain myself. It feels good to me. But maybe as we reach our 70s we should cut back.
