Amber Guinness's favourite time of year at Arniano, the Tuscan villa once owned by her late father and now the site of her painting school, co-founded with friend William Roper-Curzon, is autumn. "Things go a little greener, but also more yellow and amber; really beautiful, bright, vibrant colours start coming out, which is gorgeous," says Guinness. "You can have these really lovely crisp but sunny days."
