Peat-free compost trial

THIS is the second year we have conducted peat-free compost trials and we must stress that they are comparative, rather than scientific trials. The plants selected were Petunia ‘Fantasia Mixed’ bought as mini plugs, before being pricked out into cell trays and then potted on into 12.5cm (5in) pots.
