Top of the Charts: Proof Mercury Dimes

Two years ago, when we began the “Bargain Collector” columns, one of the earliest topics we picked were the longtime collector favorites, the Mercury dimes. In that first look, we made mention of the proofs within this much-loved series, but didn’t really give them more than a passing nod.
