Can There Be Bargains Among Proof Morgans?

One of our earliest Bargain Collector columns dealt with Morgan silver dollars and the possibility of finding some good buys among this rather large, heavily collected series. We found that there were several possibilities for purchasing handsome pieces for prices at or near $100 per coin, despite their always seeming to be in the limelight.
