2022 Road World Championships Preview

FOR ONLY THE SECOND TIME IN HISTORY – AND the second occasion in the southern hemisphere – Australia will host a road world championships. One time Wollongong local Anthony Tan previews what should be a most memorable war at the Worlds.

Until the pandemic struck our shores and postponed the running of the Tour Down Under and Herald Sun Tour, I reckon we got a bit blasé about hosting an international road cycling event.
