THE HERON'S BREAKFAST

When the sun peeked over the horizon, the heron woke up and stretched her long neck. It was cosy in her feathery nest, but she was feeling a bit peckish.

“What should I have for my breakfast?” she thought to herself. “Perhaps I can find something tasty in the pond!”

She spread her wings and flew gracefully
