The Skerries 100 pits

This wonderfully evocative picture comes from the pits area at the 1964 Skerries 100, the Irish road race held 18 miles north of Dublin, an event which was inaugurated in 1946 by the Dublin and District Motorcycle Club, which ran the event until handing over to the Loughshinney Motorcycle Supporters Club in 1987.
