    This family favourite recipe is super-easy and lots of fun to make!

    Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced. Place 2 medium washed and trimmed beetroots on small sheets of aluminium foil, drizzle with a little olive oil and wrap tightly in foil. Place on an oven tray and roast 40 mins. Remove from oven and rest in foil 20 mins before peeling and slicing. While for more delicious recipe inspirations.
