yramid Valley are one of New Zealand’s top innovators in the organic, biodynamic wine space, and this year they’ve released a new range. Dubbed the ‘Colours Collection’, it features sauvignon blanc ($30), rosé ($40) and orange wine ($35) (crafted from pinot gris, sauvignon blanc, riesling, muscat and gewürztraminer) all from the fantastic 2021 vintage in North Canterbury. Each label features a cyanotype print of a pressed flower from one of the plants which thrive in their vineyards
