The imaginative artist

Yearning for a more meaningful dimension to life Silvia Pastore believes that one of the greatest gifts is the ability to imagine. She feels privileged to have the freedom, the space and the means as an artist to transfer images that manifest in her heart onto paper. ‘I carefully conjure up a composition that includes all the elements of the tale or dream that has taken shape in my mind. We all carry within a store of memories and opinions related to past experiences, recollections that can stay hidden or can be brought to the surface and acquire a new meaning in the light of a deeper understanding.’
