Summer flower bonanza

There is an abundance of brilliant flowers that will help you to keep the colour going in your garden throughout the warmer months. Opt for plenty of high and late summer choices, and ‘add a handful of reliable, perennial workhorses – they’re a great starting point,’ says Richard Wilson, horticulturalist at RHS Garden Rosemoor. ‘These will keep flowering all summer long and with the application of a few tricks of the trade, such as the Chelsea Chop and regular deadheading, will endure well into autumn.’
