Raising the bar

Session three...

In our last session, Martha had said that coaching wasn’t what she had expected, and I feared that she wouldn’t return. I was worrying I had frightened her off by challenging her to make changes too quickly, so I decided to book a session to talk things through with my coaching supervisor.
