I thank John Atkinson for his review of the JansZen Valentina P8 compact electrostatic hybrid speaker (Vol.45, No.6). What made this model worth reviewing again after several years’ gap was mainly a change from 7" to 8" woofers, which brings a dramatic improvement in bass extension and punch, plus a few other improvements.
