Chicken paella

Place a deep, lidded, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add 1 chopped , 1 peeled and chopped, 3 skinless and boneless breasts, cut into strips, and 3tbsp water and stir-fry for 5 mins. Stir in 3 crushed garlic cloves, 2tsp smoked paprika, ½tbsp ground cumin, 1tsp turmeric and 1tsp dried thyme and stir-fry for 2 mins. Add 350g dried long-grainand stir until the grains are coated in the spices. Stir in 1 can of chopped, 1tbsp tomato purée, 3 drained and sliced roasted red (in brine, from a jar) and 750ml boiling chicken stock.
