Yes, Batman as we know him died at the end of Arkham Knight, and he is dead from the off in Gotham Knights. However, this isn’t a continuation of that series, it’s a brand-new gaming take on the Bat Family from Warner Bros Montréal, completely separate from the Arkhamverse (though the studio did make the excellent Arkham Origins). It’s up to Batgirl, Nightwing, Robin, and Red Hood to honour Batman’s dying wish: to prove that even without a Batman, Gotham is well protected.
