ALTHEA McNISH [1924-2020] TEXTILES DESIGNER

When Rose Sinclair came across the work of Althea McNish in 2005, all she could think was, “Why have I never seen anything by this designer before?” Sinclair, a textiles designer, graduate of Central Saint Martins and now lecturer at London’s Goldsmiths College, was blown away by the vibrancy, versatility and sheer beauty of McNish’s creations. She had to find out more.
