Edinburgh’s Grange conservation area is one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Its substantial Georgian and Victorian villas sit in wide, quiet streets and many have impressively large gardens. Surprisingly, though, not every resident enjoys ideal living conditions. The owners of this property had been wanting to rectify its shortcomings ever since they bought it in 2008.
