Cadets sail 12 hours non-stop for charity

Cadet sailors Hettie Thorogood and Josh Davidson have sailed non-stop for 12 hours, raising over £4,500 for the British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.

It was the longest the pair have ever sailed a two handed youth sailing dinghy. Josh, 13, who is a member of South Cerney SC, and Hettie, 12, who sails out of Waldringfield SC, completed their challenge aboard Josh’s 1978 Cadet 7274, at South Cerney in the Cotswolds.
