FEEDBACK

MILES APART

I am not disposed to correspondence with publications, but I just wanted to compliment Tom Pinnock on his feature on Miles Davis in your June issue. It was a quite superb piece of journalism – one of Uncut’s best pieces ever.

I thought I knew my way around Miles’ music, but Tom’s gift for integrating the changes in Miles’ musical avenues into a seamless timeline produced something extraordinarily insightful.

It has made me revisit all of Miles’ output. Please thank Tom.
