■ Tablecloth (or another fabric to rework eg. duvet cover)

■ Tracing paper

■ Pins

■ Scissors

■ Sewing machine

Taking time to overlock the edges really adds aDraw out the pattern onto tracing paper using the following measurements and guide on page 88: back panel: one 70 x 80cm; front panels: two 70 x 33cm; sleeves: two 45 x 71cm x 40cm trapezoids – the height will be 38cm; pockets: two 21 x 23cm; neckband: two 83 x 15cm. All of the measurements include a ½ inch seam allowance. Cut a 15 x 4cm space for the neck in the 70 x 80cm rectangle, 33cm along the 80cm side.
