I purchased the TE-F20 Fergie I used as a test case, as it were, from my nephew as a non-runner, as the tractor engine would not turn over. It was locked solid!
Initial problems
At the outset, I thought maybe the timing chain had snapped, but I later found out that one of the cylinder liners had broken away from the top rim and the liner had smashed and jammed the crankshaft. My theory was that the engine hydrauliced on water that had entered the inlet manifold via the Kigass pump.
