After being diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkin’s lymphoma and going through months of chemotherapy, what was it that got you to start researching about feminine hygiene products?

It all started when I was looking for an organic cotton alternative for pads and tampons. The material was safer for skin and kinder to our planet as it contained no chemicals, fertilisers or pesticides to produce. Organic cotton farming also uses less water, preserves soil quality, and limits soil erosion, which in turn protects local habitats and the farmers who grow it. At the time, I was also comparing alternative products to the generic brands we grew up
