MATERIALS
• Plymouth Yarn Encore Worsted medium (worsted) weight acrylic/ wool yarn (3% oz/200 yds/ 100g per ball):
2 balls #1382 bright yellow
1 ball each #0208 white, #0475 stitch red, #1383 bright orange, #0215 yellow, #0054 Christmas green, #0133 royal and #1606 purple bell
1 oz each #0241 pink heather, #0466 quarry, #0217 black and #1202 sand
• Size H/8/5mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch markers
• 18-inch yellow zipper
• Yellow thread
• Sewing needle
• Yarn bobbin: 6 (optional)
GAUGE
15 hdc = 4 inches; 10 rows = 4 inches
PATTERN NOTES
After each is completed, Blanket and Bag/Pillow are sewn together.
Blanket is worked in 6 colors; when changing color, drop color not in use on wrong side of piece until needed. Do not cut any color unless otherwise stated.
Optional: Before stitching begins, wind yarn on bobbins to manage Blanket color changes easily.
Top and bottom sections of Pencil Bag are worked in continuous rounds, do not join unless otherwise stated. Place marker on first st and move up as each round is completed.
Weave in loose ends as work progresses.
Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated.
