PRATLEY PUTTY
The world’s first epoxy putty adhesive was invented in the 1960s by George Montague Pratley from Krugersdorp on the West Rand (now in Gauteng). It was originally used as an insulator and adhesive for brass components – a versatile alternative to screws, bolts and other traditional adhesives such as glue.
