Chocolate breakfast pudding
Best known as “Healthy Kelsi”, Kiwi cook Kelsi Boocock tells us, “Some days I just wake up feeling like chocolate for breakfast. This is a really healthy, wholesome way to kick those chocolate cravings but also give you a nourishing breakfast for the day.”
SERVES 1 Add 2 frozen bananas, 1 tbsp chia seeds, ¼ cup plant-based milk (more if needed), 1 tbsp cacao powder and 1 tbsp chocolate
