Can I buy a pension for my adults on?
Q In a previous feature, Choice has suggested you can buy a pension for your child. Can you do this for an offspring in their late forties who has never been able to work through ongoing health problems? How much would you have to pay and what would be the benefit?

A Yes, you can pay up to £3600 gross per annum (£300 per month) into a pension for your son. Even though your son is unlikely to be a taxpayer, you would still benefit
