Q In the past few months, I have been experiencing pain when having sex. It’s not on the outside, like it can be if we don’t use enough lubricant, but it’s in my lower stomach. Changing positions can help, but it is getting worse – sometimes it hurts for a bit afterwards as well. What could be the reason?
A Dyspareunia is the medical word for painful sex. Doctors tend to split it into superficial dyspareunia, where the pain is felt in the vagina or vulva; and deep dyspareunia, where the pain is felt inside, in the
