    Choc Fudge Air Fryer Cake

    Serves 8, Prep and Cook 45 mins

    1½ cups self-raising flour
    ¹/ ³ cup cocoa powder
    ½ tsp salt
    1 cup caster sugar
    ½ cup vegetable oil
    1 tblsp white vinegar
    2 tsps vanilla essence
    ¾ cup chocolate frosting (see Tip)
    M&M’s, to decorate

    Remove base from a 20cm round springform pan (base measures 19cm). Tear off a sheet of baking paper larger than the base. Invert
