Artichokes & Village Greens is a reflection of my life as an Australian born to Greek parents and living in a city with rich cultural diversity, and it includes my most valued and treasured recipes from Greece and Australia. My collection has evolved as my own life evolved, from a young girl cooking with my mum, Georgia, then to becoming a wife and mum myself and cooking for my own family, and now to cooking professionally.
