If there ever was a house that encapsulated its occupants’ energy, Zoë Foster Blake’s salmon-pink bungalow in Sydney’s Vaucluse would win, hands down. A two-metre cactus-shaped light greets visitors at the front door. The main staircase is carpeted in a pale pink runner cut to resemble spilled paint pooling outwards.
